Is the PI platform available now?
The product is available through a private walkthrough and firm-specific setup. Connection scope and workflow gates are confirmed before client data is introduced.
Is Document Services part of the software?
No. It is a separate Onyx Intel service for OCR scanning and document organization. Finished documents and agreed structured data can be delivered securely or transferred into Clio, Litify, Five9, Filevine, or another approved CRM, case-management, or connected business system.
Is Document Services only for law firms?
No. Attorneys and legal teams remain the center of our work, but we also help other professional practices organize document-heavy operations and create clearer, repeatable workflows.
Does Onyx make legal decisions?
No. Qualified firm personnel remain responsible for verification, correction, professional judgment, approval, filing, reliance, and transmission.
Can we start small?
