These terms cover the public marketing site and contact request. Product deployments and Document Services projects use separate written agreements.
Privacy
Onyx Intel does not sell contact information. Information submitted through the contact form is used to respond to the request, evaluate fit, and keep a record of the conversation. Do not submit confidential client, case, patient, medical, financial, or other protected information through the public website.
Contact requests are stored on access-restricted Onyx Intel infrastructure. Retention is limited to the period reasonably needed for business follow-up and recordkeeping. To request access, correction, or deletion of a contact request, submit a privacy request through the contact form.
Website terms
The website provides general product and service information, not legal advice. Onyx Intel is software, not a law firm. Product-prepared work requires qualified review. Document Services does not make legal retention or destruction decisions.
Availability, integrations, controls, timing, pricing, and project scope are confirmed in writing for the specific engagement. Sample product data is fictional and should not be treated as a customer result.
