Turn paper files into organized, searchable records.

Our document work is rooted in ongoing experience with attorneys and legal teams. We also help other professional practices organize paper or digital archives and build smoother, repeatable workflows around them.

Your records can move to the destination your practice chooses.

Document Services is separate from the PI platform. A project can prepare files for a document system, shared drive, case platform, or other approved destination—whether the workflow belongs to a law firm or another document-heavy professional practice.

  1. Assess

Inventory the collection, condition, current filing logic, target standard, custody requirements, and project constraints.

  2. Define the standard

Agree on naming, indexing, folder structure, document boundaries, exceptions, quality checks, and the destination.

  3. Convert and organize

Scan, process, name, index, and structure the records while preserving the approved source-handling process.

  4. Validate and hand off

Review sample quality, resolve exceptions, prepare the migration set, and document the operating procedure.

A useful estimate starts with the collection.

Bring approximate box, folder, file, or gigabyte volume; record condition; current structure; desired destination; timing; and any custody or access constraints. Do not send confidential records through the public website.
